With experiential learning at our core, every curation is unique, timely, inclusive, and full of organic learning opportunities and transformation.

Career Genius Club
In partnership with the Newark Public School District DME, Inc, created a summer program for high school students that gave them skills for entering the job market. This included a job’s fair, interviewing skills, small business guest speakers, and skill building workshops.

Howard University Freshman Seminar
Howard University’s Freshman Seminar is a single-credit course offered every fall and required of all Freshmen. The course is designed to ease our students’ transition from high school to college life, promote discussion and reflection about academic and career goals, introduce students to the legacy of Howard University, and help them get acquainted with the Greater Washington D.C. community.

Neighborhood Access Program (NAP)
The Neighborhood Access Program (NAP) is a groundbreaking initiative that builds upon a successful pilot program in which P2P and HR, using coursework designed by DME, offered an accredited Humanities course to formerly incarcerated individuals and their family members.
